Recommendations may include hand controls, seating, ramps or hoists and safe ways of transporting your wheelchair.

If we identify equipment or safety modifications that can be provided through the ACC Home Safety service, those are provided at no cost to you as well.

Depending on what we find, this may include:

• grab rails or handrails

• non-slip grip mats

• strategies to make everyday activities easier and safer
